We take care of each other.
Hearts is a grassroots inside/outside prison advocacy organization working to address the needs of transgender people in PA prisons.
We are building a movement for gender self-determination, racial and economic justice, and an end to the policing and imprisoning of our communities.
Monica has been part of Hearts for years.
